Our standard
Chauffeurs, not drivers
Every chauffeur completes a background check, a defensive driving assessment and an etiquette programme covering discretion, luggage handling and passenger privacy.
Vehicles are detailed before each assignment and retired well before they show wear. Water, phone charging and Wi-Fi are standard in every car in the fleet.
Our reservations desk is staffed around the clock, so a delayed flight or a changed meeting is a phone call, not a problem.
